A new Transformers Prime “Rivalries” Wii U Game trailer has been released by Activision. The new video game is a Nintendo console/handheld exclusive, with the Wii, DS and 3DS versions slated for release on October 30th. Get a preview look at another cinematic showing Megatron weilding his customary threats of conquest and tryanny with the threat of a new weapon, Dark Energon. Character appearances include Megatron, Optimus Prime, Knock Out , Ratchet, Arcee, Black Airachnia, Starscream, Bulkhead, and others you can watch now.
Entitled “Rivalries,” this video and the following image gallery focus on the recently revealed Wii U iteration due out November 18th. The game promises to make interesting use of the new GamePad controller especially within multiplayer modes like “Brawl,” “Battle for Energon” and the “Emblem Match.” The trailer spotlights the title’s gorgeous HD graphics – presented in full 1080p with authentic character models straight from Polygon Pictures, Inc., the Japanese CG animation studio behind the TV show – and the various character relationships at play in an epic tale that continues the age-old battle between Autobots and Decepticons across exotic locales such as Greece, South America and even outer space.

This 3rd-person action game promises to put players in command of fan favorites like Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Arcee as they battle Megatron’s sinister machinations and form close bonds with human allies Jack, Miko and Raf. With shooting, driving and melee combat, there’s definitely more to this brawler title than meets the eye.

Based on the smash hit, award-winning animated television show produced by Hasbro Studios on The Hub Network, TRANSFORMERS PRIME lets fans play as their favorite AUTOBOT characters and embark on an action-packed adventure to save the earth from the evil MEGATRON and his new secret weapon. In the single player campaign, players will step into the roles of OPTIMUS PRIME, BUMBLEBEE, ARCEE, AUTOBOT RATCHET and BULKHEAD as they explore unique vistas all around the world with brawler-style combat and diverse driving sequences. Along the way, gamers cultivate friendships with Jack, Miko and Raf - the human characters from the show - as TEAM PRIME sets out to protect mankind and eliminate the DECEPTICONS once and for all. The game also features intense multiplayer modes that allow fans to choose from 11 different TRANSFORMERS characters from both factions.

Bumblebee instructions text: With the threat of Predaking looming over them all, every AUTOBOT dedicates himself to discovering some means of battling the PREDACON overlord. But it is the scout BUMBLEBEE who discovers what may be the key to victory. Buried deep within data recovered alongside one of the Iacon Relics he finds evidence of a direlict transport starship - a courier packed with weapons more ancient than any relic yet recovered - set adrift ages ago among the asteroids girdling Earth's solar system. With no other way to reach the ancient ship, and not wanting to waste time, he contacts WHEELJACK, hoping the AUTOBOT mercenary can provide transport and - if it turns out to be a trap - an extra blaster.
